Haven't broke them in yet, but very pleased with initial quality.

These pruners are very sturdy and sharp with foam coverings on the handles. The foam makes the open position a stretch for my hand size - usually a medium glove size - but my arthritic hands did not get tired or hurt while using them to cut up 3/8 inch woody flower stems this afternoon. I am happy with them.
