My name is not printed in the item, I was not prompted
To write my name so I assume that my name will be printed on the item based on the order information. I'm so disappointed for this, I have been ordering products almost every week and why would you guys do your job properly. So what am I going to do with this item? I like the product but the order system of delivery sucks! So you know how you gonna be rated!
