I received my fermentation tank , did not receive my basket yet

This is an amazing set and a great price. Consider it's 75% off the regular price of one set. I purchased two sets and it's ideal. I use the other three for when I divide the dough.
The size is perfect for my fermenting. Everything is included. The silicone scraper is great for the dough and after baking to loosen the bread from the pan.
